There wasn’t necessarily anything wrong with this kitchen before, it was just quite dull and dark. The client had been doing small renovations themselves since purchasing the house and decided it was time to bring the kitchen up to speed – this is where RM Kitchens + Bathrooms came in.
The internal carcasses of the existing kitchen were absolutely fine, so rather than stripping the kitchen completely and installing all new cabinets, we completed a kitchen makeover.
We altered the internal carcasses to allow for drawers to be installed in the spaces where there were originally cupboards, replaced the wall oven space with extra cabinetry, made adjustments to the original cabinetry to install a 900mm freestanding stove, replaced the existing door and drawer fronts with new high gloss white 2pack fronts, added a feature timber look to the overhead cabinets, and we installed the Trend Stone ‘Trascenda’ Range marble-look stone.
The finished product completely changed the look of this kitchen, it went from dull and dark to bright and airy and the client could not have been happier.
